Our client, a leading financial software provider, is actively hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join their San Diego, CA team! This role will be hybrid and onsite 2+ days a week.
*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*
In this role, you will be responsible for examining the workings of the contact center to offer solutions and develop procedures for better decision-making. You will be evaluating and updating procedures, practices, and operations .
Responsibilities:
- Identify project requirements by interviewing customers, analyzing operations, determining project scope, documenting results, and preparing customer contacts
- Prepare customers to use systems by conducting training
- Provide references for customers by writing support documentation
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with contact center operations
- Experience working with contact center management systems
- Knowledge of contact center workforce management systems
